ESRT 32PS

Post by CraigA »

Hi guys
This is my first posting so be gentle with me!
I have an '87 2.8 Injection with the factory fitted audio; and the radio on it works remarkably well - however the cassette and balance control do not.
Could you recommend anybody that could repair it for me?
Cheers
Craig

Hi mate,

I only tried a couple of electronic/ audio specialists and neither seemed interested so I shelved the idea for the mo. If you do find someone though i’d be very interested to know!

As for the cassette there’s a good chance it’s just the belt has snapped.

There is an excellent walkthrough here of how to fix:

Who knows, once you start giving it a go it might become obvious what the other issues are!

Hell Eighty that is frickin useful - I would always prefer to do things myself, rather than farm them out.
I mean after all it is my hobby (obsession?)!
