Servo push rod to bulkhead grommet

Does anyone know of a good replacement for the 2.0L servo push rod to bulkhead grommet? Mines just an outer ring of crumbling rubber now 
Does the mk 2 escort item fit/ work well? I can't seem to find a Capri one anywhere, Sierra looks similar but I don't have one to measure up.
Any suggestions?
