So this should have been Flying Legends weekend but it was cancelled due to a certain virus but as I and a friend had hotel rooms booked already we've made the most of the last couple of days and done our own thing which gave me the chance to get some tarmac under the wheels of the 2.8
Ready for the off
First stop - Ramada at Cambridge Services we know how to live!
Down to the De Havilland museum at Hatfield
Off to Sywell airfield for a bit of spotting
Lusted after whilst in Kettering
Podington airfield memorial, near to Santa Pod
and Duxford on the way home
All in all a little tour of nearly 500 miles
Capri 'mini tour'
Re: Capri 'mini tour'
Lovely Capri Peter, reminds me of the black 2.8 I had several years ago
Real pity shows are still being cancelled when other things are allowed to go ahead, but good on you for doing your own thing

Well nice looking car that, stuff of dreams.

Id be tempted to save that handwritten note and put it on a very tatty modern car
