Wayne, Thanks very much mate. What an amazing picture this is. I do believe this mate, it's just so hard to accept right now. I just miss her so much. I have uploaded this photo to my gallery on my phone so it's there when I need it.

Thanks so much Wayne.

You're so welcome Nick,

I know exactly how your feeling, it's been 8 years since I lost my mum, I was utterly destroyed at the time, In a way I guess I still am, I don't believe you get over it - but life goes on and you do learn to live with it.

My advice: remember the good times, talk about her, quote stuff she used to say and remember that no matter what no one, not even the powers up above can take away your memories and the fact that she's your mum - especially today.

Wayne

Spot on, all of that! You learn to cope with the hole, but it never goes away. But then I don`t think you`d want it to.?

You'll never lose your memories, and I try and look forward all the time but sometimes things takes you back which is still a good thing!

You’re both right. It’s 3 years since I lost my dad and we regularly talk about him and have a laugh about things he said and did. It keeps them alive in a strange kind of way (it sounds like you know what I mean!).

My thoughts are with you today Nick incidentally.
