Anyone Seen this on Burton Power?

Post by D366Y »

Had their catalogue delivered to me today as apparently I've ordered so much from them I need one (oops)

They remanufacture the stalks (lights and indicators) for Mk2 Escorts
https://www.burtonpower.com/indicator-s ... p1010.html

I can't for the life of me remember the connections on the back of the ones in the capri or if they would fit, but would be pretty handy if they did!
They look pretty much identical to me

Worth considering if someone is on the lookout for one at any point!

Cheers
Danny

Pretty certain the pin layout will physically fit but that the links between certain pins are different.

:agree: yup , but I guess you could switch the wires about on the harness to suit. I think some one has had a fiddle with my wiper switch as (in the end 🤔)I wound up having to run an earth for the washer pump. New capri stalks come up on ebarf occasionally . Im thinkin about grafting modern switches on .....the ford ones are pretty shite compared to new stuff
Sometimes I talk to myself ... and we both have a good laugh
