Thirty-six days

Post by STEVEW »

The BREXIT transition period ends at midnight on 31 December this year.

Does this mean that British owners of Capris will need a Visa, International Driving Licence etc., in order to travel to the "Capri Meets" in Luxembourg or Speyer next year?
Covid permitting of course.

So long as the car's inlet and exhaust are connected to Blighty with long hoses, so they only consume and pollute British Oxygen, you can travel abroad as much as you like apparently.

Unless your car show is going to keep you in Europe for 3 months you won't need a visa but it seems an International Driving Permit could be required. Updates still awaited I believe.

Just had an email today from my insurance company and you will need a green card as well.

I always get an International Driving Permit when I drive abroad as I only have an old paper licence. They only cost a fiver from the post office.

Looking forward to when the vaccine is out and all this covid is over as a holiday is well overdue.

It’s not that big.
From Hull to Lavrentiya It’s just five countries and you’re there, which is only about 135 km from Wales! :python:
That should get steve Googling like a good ‘un.
