Looks mean and nasty (in a good way).
I expect you enjoy wiping the smiles off the faces off boy racers in their Corsas !

Andrew.
And the Type Rs, the ST170s, the Golfs and the 325is 8-)

They're all just too heavy these days. Kept up with a police 5 series the other day. Cop loved it

It looks great, understated but with definite purpose. How does your fuel consumption compare with standard ?

No point whatsoever fitting dcoe's to a stock or near stock motor.
Yes there is. I've been in one. Plus if he wants to do anything further to it, the original carb will be a massive restraint in the system.

And 150 out of a 32/36?! 130 at a push, maybe.

Re: Twin webers on an everyday capri

Hi folks, Wanted some input on advice I've had from my local garage who've been great so far I might add. 2.0 pinto running twin webers, used as an everyday car. Just had to have them tuned as they were running rich and out of sync. They recommended me swapping them out for just a single weber carb...

Re: Alternator bolt

Do you have to PAY each time to renew it, that`s unfair, if they insist on annual they should at least waive the fee? Thankfully no, but they're incapable of taking on this much workload, hence having my licence for four months for a process which normally takes two weeks. Hmmm yes you might be rig...

Re: Alternator bolt

https://i.postimg.cc/02ySCN5r/DSC03029.jpg Oh jeez is that a medical review form I see? I had to fill one of those out for my mental health, even though it has never affected my driving, never had any convictions and after four months of them holding onto my licence, I now have to renew my licence ...

Re: Alternator bolt

Interesting. Mine used to go through the water pump, but nothing fits in there now 🤔 so it's going through the water pump flange now.

Bizarre turn of events. There's no way the threads can be stripped as I've never been that forceful. Odd things are happening in reality recently I swear.

Re: My 2.0S

Yeah it's lots of fun. Yeah you can really see the fact its got patterned wings on in some of those pics, but if you straighten them up in one plane, it opens up huge gaps or doesn't sit level in others, bloody annoying  still, makes the other motorists faces that much more amusing when you go ...

Re: Alternator bolt

Do yours go through the hole at the outer edge of the water pump flange or the hole directly underneath the hose and behind the pump pulley?
