Sadly a pretty common problem in a Capri, especially as they are getting on in years now. The proper answer to the problem you have is to cut the rust out and weld in new metal. The outer arch and lower rear section are readily available over here. If you have no experience of welding then I would a...

Hi got a bit of problem starting my capri ,there isn't any fuel getting from tank to the carburetor. Yes fuel pump changed the fuel lines fuel filter and fuel pump still no fuel getting from tank to carburetor. There's plenty of petrol in tank petrol coming from fuel line to pump but not coming fro...

This is on the back of my spare engine. I take it to be from an auto but I assume the ring gear is the same - it looks it to me. The original bushes had a metal sleeve which needs to come out too. If you left it in the hole is probably a bit tight to get the new bushes in easily. The sleeve might be rusted in and need cutting out with a hacksaw - remove the blade put it in the sleeve and reattach to the saw handle. Go careful...

Not sure what you mean by inner door skin but the black frame that the felt is in un bolts and lifts out of the door when it's open or there is Andy's way. The felt runs to the bottom of the door so there is a little free to pull up.
