These days the sign would say "Officer and cars won't bother to respond, but you will get a crime reference number instead".

Then I found this today, and judging by the way some a******s (especially the Sierra @ 5.45) drive, I think I know why?

Re: Red Strobe Passenger Seat/Office Chair

I really like the chair, but if I bought it you'd have to hang on to it until I next met up with you at a show. That would defeat the object of selling it to make space !

Good luck with the sale, I'm sure somebody will snap it up as £70 sounds like a fair price.

Re: I know we should be thankful, but.

The seller sent an offer of an additional 10% discount to anybody who viewed the item. It's such a low price it would have been rude to refuse.
Thanks Steve ! :D

What would be the cause of a crack like that?
Just weakening of the metal over time?

Re: I know we should be thankful, but.

It would be interesting to see how much the gasket is from a Ford dealer.
When I was pricing up EFL90 filters, a Ford dealer was selling them on Ebay for about half the price that I was quoted for one from another Ford dealer. I wonder if it's a similar situation in this case?

Genuine Ford gasket + p&p from a Ford main dealer £8: fromCCI £29.50.
I know this is missing the point of your post, but the price is shown as £18.99 on the website, not £29.50. :)

If we do, the new owner won't park next to Danny, as he's got the only Capri that can upstage the GWG car on exhaust noise!

Re: British Motor Museum

Hi Peter, Thanks for uploading these photos, great stuff! I've never been to Gaydon but I want to make the effort to go now, after seeing what's there. There are some wonderful exhibits there, for my sins, I especially like that TR7. It looks as though they've allowed plenty of space around the cars...

Re: MOT Passworthy or Failworthy?

They shouldn’t have passed like that (if indeed they were in that condition at the time). On HGVs and vans I used to trim off the corroded section which was fine as long as there was enough left to cover the piston. Obviously that was a cost saving measure on a commercial vehicle, I wouldn’t do it ...
