What's the fitment like? Do t...

Re: Underbody clean up - 2021 recommendations
Hi everyone,
Thanks for all your comments regarding this. I'm still a little unsure what path to go down but appreciate all the advice.
I'll do my best to keep you updated with my progress... once the underside is clean and I can move forward with the next steps .
Thanks again
Sam

Underbody clean up - 2021 recommendations
Hi all, Firstly thank you for all your help last week with the removal of a stubborn leaf spring. The 9" angle grinder worked a treat, if not a little scary. Now everything is off the rear (leaf springs, diff and fuel tank) I wanted to take the opportunity to clean it all up. Since I've owned t...

Re: Leaf spring front bolt
Thanks everyone for your advice, I really appreciate it. I did try a hacksaw but like you said I seemed to be getting nowhere and gave up after about 30minutes! I also tried hitting it (more in frustration) with the biggest hammer I have but it still nothing! I've just purchased a 9" angle grin...

1.6 laser brake upgrade
Hi everyone, Its been a while since I've posted so its great to see its still going strong. My 1.6 d reg 1986 capri laser recently passed its MOT - whilst it was up on the ramps we had a look at the brakes and I've made the decision to bite the bullet and spend some money upgrading them. Front brake...

MotorsbytheMoat - Leeds Castle, Kent
I was down in London this weekend and invited along to Motors by the Moat in Kent. Firstly it was possibly one of the nicest locations, set right in front of Leeds Castle. As my capri was still in the bodyshop I joined my girlfriends dad and his Suburu RB5. The RB5 is a bit different to my capri, bu...
