The link doesn't work, but personally first I would try Martin at Caprigear or if he can't help try Tickover in Kent.

There was something about the LR wiper covers but I can`t remember where I saw it now. I think you`re right though.

Many BL cars etc are far better catered for and cheaper parts wise than Fords :?

Although Rimmer Bros were dearer than other specialists when I was looking for Stag parts last year!

I guess even at this level you pay for the name: Rimmer Bros, Burton, they are the big names in their field, plus they have vast ranges of parts, greater than other suppliers, so that has to be paid for. But still, looking at the post I found, the mark-up CCI put on a Land Rover viscous coupling is a bit... greedy? Maybe also sending it out in a LR box wasn`t a great idea?
Parts source tip for 2.8i fan thermo viscous coupling.

Ordered the replacement from the club, price £46 plus VAT plus courier (oof).
What I got delivered is a Land Rover 200TDi viscous coupling by Britpart, Land Rover part number ETC7238.

Not got a problem with the source of the part, but you can save yourself a few quid and and just search for ETC7238 on ebay or wherever when you need a 2.8i fan coupling. Readily available from Land Rover parts suppliers from about £25 for a Britpart one.

Just checking, are you sure? It's just that Steve says they fit perfectly here, and with a pic -

Like everything I thought they may have changed supplier so slightly different, but looking at Steves thread it's less than 2 years old and they look indentical.

Give it a hard shove David sure it will go on :)
