If you are able to I'd appreciate it. He doesn't always respond to emails so not sure it is monitored. There is no returns procedure on his sales site. He has no contact phone number, and I've tried to contact him on Capri Power but no joy recently. It is only about a faulty item, whether he wants to arrange a return/postage or a replacement.
