Hi all,
Should there be a clip or something that holds the handbrake gaiter on to the top part of the handbrake?
Kind regards
Mark

Re: Handbrake gaiter question
Hi Mark,
The one in my car has got a little pop stud fastener that closes up the opening. That secures it around a ridge on the edge of the handbrake hand grip.
Andrew.

Re: Handbrake gaiter question
Hi mate, thanks for that, that makes sense. I will see if mine is there or missing. If its missing which I think it is I will see what else I can do or fit one.Andrew 2.8i wrote: ↑Sun Jun 19, 2022 5:25 pm Hi Mark,

You can just make out the location of the pop stud in this photo:
As long as your gaiter isn't torn there, you should be able to fit a replacement in the same place.
