Thats a whole weeks take home pay .....EACH . I guess if your building a special or restoring a classic a set of unused genuine wheels might be your pleasure . Im thinking of Nick ( not takin the piss
). When everything else is lickable these wheels might be the icing you need to compliment the build,.......but 2½ grand

Sorry was getting a tea spoon to get my biscuit
Now Hob Knob there’s a biscuit but I am a fig biscuit man
2500 grand for wheels that would be cheaper to buy wheels that need refurbing

It's good that these items are still available and at least with bids you can choose your limit, but still not cheap.Jasonmarie wrote: ↑Sat Apr 30, 2022 7:32 am Soon the Capri will be worth more as parts then just the car![]()
The RS wheels are great and you can't beat nice clear stampings, so many lose that when refurbed.
Even so for that price I would have made sure the bits of dust and dirt etc were removed before I took the pictures!

Re: I dropped my biscuit in my tea .

Mate to be honest i really like the jbw machined 4-spokes I got on B112 for a fraction of the cost of these ones ... Ok a bit cheaper
The jbw wheels really look great. Id be afraid to drive if I spent £2.5k on a set of wheels.. I have enough worries about rain Hamish

Ps Hope all is good with you mate

Yeah , Id probly kirb one , only took me 3 days to do the Blade ,got plenty of shit from Dianne I can tell you

Im not really hung up on factory original if someone else does a quality copy.
I have performance (brand ) wheels for mine One of the better quality brands ( I hope
).
Someone made a really good point about refurbished mags loosing detail in the process.......I never thought of that .
