when did we start calling it a penis ? informally I mean . .......like trying to explain to the A&E nurse how you got your dick caught in the car window ( forgot the driver had the master switch for the rear windows ...................it was on telly

It is the right and proper and civilised and salubrious and gentlemanly way to refer to the purple headed custard chucker.
