No I never as the woman who does them was looking after her mother and you need to remove the top what does break some times so I thought best leave it . But we’ll happy with it and it feels nice now to touch not sticky after driving a few miles .

The wheel does look good, top quality job.
Hopefully you'll find a spare gearbox that you can have retrimmed.
Is it possible to get a regular plastic knob trimmed with leather?
