Holesov castle meeting (CZ)

Post by T.M. »

Hi,
a lot of meetings here now. Here are few photos from Holesov castle meeting.
3 Capris there, Sierra, Cortina, Mustang...

And what do you think about right rear view mirror on that Sierra? Looks strange for me. Is it original?

Hi Tom,
That looks like a great show, and of course your Capri looks stunning!
I think that Sierra mirror is original, the early cars had them. I think only on the low-spec models, although I could be wrong about that.

Nice pics

Re Sierra mirror, not seen them before but after a google search and a look in my brochure it seems they were on base model cars without electric mirrors.

Thanks guys! :)

And thanks for explaining mirror mystery. ;) I don't have any Sierra brochure and via google I found only photos with "normal" Sierra mirrors.

I bought a 1983 Ford brochure when I had the Capri, luckily it has other era cars in it inc the Sierra

When I read your post, I realized, that few years ago I probably downloaded few "Ford Cars" brochures. And now I find them. And Sierra is also there!

So next time just simply write me: Find it in your PC "library"!

Thanks you both a lot once more. ;)
