And you rack your brain and still have to actual reasonable reply to find good cause for your actions...

Ah ha ha ha , me too , the basting brush has a double life ( got busted cleaning out semi sealed beam headlights ) . Oven cleaner works a treat on headers/manifolds with burnt on oil .
Seriously , I get cheap paint brushes and trim the bristles ( Im sure Jason would have a few tips here ) according to the length or stiffness required.
Im sure dishwashers evolved from parts washers ( I can fit Rover v8 cylinder heads in mine ....ours , motorbike engine parts too ) Ah yes , if she only knew the half of it
