Sorry Peter, not sure what you mean by that. But so far, this man in the street would say it's made no difference to him either way. Unless he wants to buy model cars from one German website.

Has it made any difference to you? It does seem to be something you are quite passionate about.

Today's selection of articles covering the various ways brexit is fucking us over. I haven't sought these out, just this many have popped up in my news feed. I note that there are none espousing the benefits we're supposedly reaping from it:

Handing more power to Westminster reaults in erosion of human rights. If anyone thinks this is a good thing, I suggest reading up on the actual Human rights act, and not relying on what gets reported in the tabloids:

Upcoming food shortages:

Article with a whole range of other issues:

I lost all respect for The Guardian after their hysterical and fearmongering coverage of Covid. It was some of the worst I'd seen.

Until your Tme Displacer is ready to go back and correct the past, or Peter's Chronoton Enhancer is perfected to allow us to see the future, this doesn't mean a great deal. It's a complicated subject and I don't think anybody can predict the many outcomes, least of all businesses that want to sell papers today.

Brexit is low on my list of things to get wound up by. Vote and move on. There is a good chance we'll be at war in ten years.

Yes, they've all been appalling. They run stories scaring people for decades, then also make money out of running stories about how people don't believe something now they oversaturated us with peril, all while appearing to be this innocent entity, rather than partially responsible.

I was in Saffron Walden on Thursday drinking cider in a meadow..shame I wasnt 20min earlier because a Spitfire was circling overhead as I was getting ready. Then an old school helicopter came out, proper vintage 60s one with a latticework tail and big bubble canopy.

Who, Granny Smith?

I grew up near a farm that made cider and 30 years ago you could still get a gallon for £3.50

Made you feel great pretty quickly, until you try to get up but realise your legs won't move :headscratch: :D
