Well I did phone them a few days ago and was told that a replacement would be sent out. As this hasn't arrived either, I've phoned them again today only to be told that they might not have even sent it out yet, which I think is poor. Hopefully I'll get one next week at some point.

Well, still no sign of my replacement magazine and it's been a week now. Will phone for a third time and see what's happening.

Hehe, yes Jason, the brown envelope it came in! In fact, I do wish they would stop sending it in the usual see-through bag, as it advertises the fact that we have a Capri doesn't it?

That’s true , I never thought of that , I know Andrew has his maid iron the magazine before he has his breakfast in bed & his gardener picks the post up from a PO Box as they only get post once a week in wales I think

Again, that beats mine who often comes, never! I could be doing him a disservice actually, if it's CCI at fault, so judgement shall be reserved.

Anyone else bothered by the fact that the magazine is usually sent in a see-through packet, from a privacy/security point of view I mean?

Mine is always posted in a brown envelope. Although from a privacy point of view it doesn't matter as it has a CCI stamp on it.

That's interesting, I guess the Gold membership ones get sent direct from CCI then.

I'm not sure, perhaps it's sent directly from the printers.

Could be, it's just that every time I have had a replacement sent out it has been in a brown envelope also, and I think Sally sends those out from the office.

I thought I'd get a gold membership as I am, apparently, "loaded" and I thought the price was reasonable anyway .... :D
