Did you change your speakers when you fitted this new head unit or have you kept the ones you had? I seem to remember that there was a thread on here about them but I can't remember what ones they were now.
I'm very tempted to buy one of those head units...

Yes the front and back speakers fit straight in are the retro sound ones . Here’s the post . viewtopic.php?f=17&t=52235&p=361135&hil ... rs#p361135
If I wanted the old cassette back in the car It can be put back and hooked up . I tried everything to make the sound better and even the speaker upgrade did not work . As John said it makes the radio or headunit nice to listern to . The Amp fits up out the way above the glovebox .

Re: New head unit
Jason, did you have to buy the radio fascia to fit the Capri dashboard separately? I seem to remember that John had to buy one and then modify it to fit, however, I can't seem to find them now.

Yes and the knobs you can pick from a range , I should have gone for all black as the silver edge was a pain to cut out .Andrew 2.8i wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2019 7:51 pm Jason, did you have to buy the radio fascia to fit the Capri dashboard separately?
