I used to have a blast with this mini game. Unlike John's mechanical games this one took batteries

Simon would be sexist now, probably call it Simone or some non gender
Or it would be called
"Simon would like to possibly, and if its ok, ask you to do as he says says but under no circumstances is he presuming anyone indeed has to do what he says. Simon has no intention whatsoever to cause any undue stress by asking you to do as he says. If any stress or upset has been caused by his asking you to do as he says please accept our deepest and sincere apologies. Now Simon says fuck off and play another game "
But Andy I don't think there is room on the box to rename it to this....

Usually an Alsatian or Rottweiler, probably to stop you filling your pockets with bulbs and fuses
Someone I knew used to nick stuff and sell it back to them

Someone once told me a trick of taking a bonnet cable and putting it up their sleeve so it ran across their shoulders from wrist to wrist underneath their jumper so it couldn't be seen on the way out

Never really thought about the prices before, but these items would have been quite expensive back then.
