Capri mrk3 engine switch.

Need a bit of info on this and figure this is the place to go. Iv bought my dream car a mark 3 capri. Its a 1.6 pinto and im doing a full restoration on it. So i have the 1.6 engine and box out of the car and what i want to do is put a 205 pinto block into it with duel webber carb and i need to know which is the best head(unleaded) to put on this block and bst bore option and does my 1.6 running gear work e.g diff, gearbox, driveshaft, flywheel & clutch kit or do i have to replacethem all. Iv few other questions but ill deal with them later if any1 knows bout this and can help id appriciate it.
