The money is used to cover hosting costs for the forum and items for the club which can be used at car shows.
We don't ask much, but if you are a regular user then something like 5 pounds would help, and it keeps the site free for occasional users who come here looking to buy.
made mine yesterday for £30, this site been so so so so so so much help haha, been great just reading about what faults people come across, this site is a must for any capri owner! good work!
I've already used the forum a shed load and have had me cappa less than a week. So I've made a donation, a very worthy forum which I hope to play an active part in in the coming weeks/months/years

I felt bad that nobody had donated this year so far so I donated and I wasn't on the list so obviously it's not working. I was going to donate anyway because I found my project for sale on here.
Just chipped a bit in (well, it's the wifes paypal account, she spends enough of mine ), brilliant little site, I've had more response to an ad placed here for a couple of hours than I've had on other sites in weeks.

I'd like to make a donation, just wanted to check this email address was still the correct way to go about it?
Also, is it just me or is there no donate link in the top menu bar now?

Yes, the email address is current. The donate button went when the site was updated a while back. I don't think Beakster has a lot of time to look into the techy side of things at the moment.

Just done the same myself now I know that donations are still being received by admin. I did wonder about the "donate" link myself so good to know that it is still possible to donate and help out a bit too
This really is a fantastic forum that is very well organised and run. Thanks to all who work hard to achieve this, and thanks to all the friendly and knowledgeable folk who give superb help and advice here
All the best now

Thanks Nick, you're continued support is also much appreciated
Hi everyone, I am the owner from the Dutch Capri forum. I had the same problem about the costs. Now I have 2 sponsors and now is the forum for free for the users. I don't have to ask for money.
