What a touch !!!
No.... nothing to do with Phillip Schofield
I found these beauties on ebay a coupe of days ago and hit the buy it now button !!!!
As I'm getting my seats and door cards re-trimmed by Mike it dawned on me ( and Jason ) that my new black vinyl S style cards will have the wrong handles if i fitted the std black ones I currently have so i seen these. They arrived in the post today and are in remarkable condition and will really finish off the cards a treat.. As title what a touch !!!! Well chuffed.
They might just be winder handles to the stranger folk amongst us but to us capri owners they are so much more. Its all about the details...

Re: What a touch !!!
Hi Andy. Mike has just started stripping my seats down this week as he had that amazing Bel Air to finish off beforehand and what a stunning job of that he made.!! I knew he would not be starting on mine straight away but wanted to get the interior down to him while I was on holiday a few weeks ago. So great news he has made a start on mine now but will be about 3 weeks as there is a lot of work involved especially if you include the door cards which are being totally rebuilt and armrests. All very exciting!!!

Should have held out for the Ghia ones with the extended black trim that folds around the end.
Still the common old cheap ones will do for now I guess.

Re: What a touch !!!
Thanks Peter. Well pleased with the ones I bought mate.
I really like those ones you fitted. Not seen these before. Lovely chrome work. Are these "Capri" handles or from other classic ford.. Cortina ?? They look the same shape as the latter capri handles in lasers but not seen them all chrome. They look fantastic !!

It's only another few weeks before your interior is finished, I'm looking forward to seeing some photos of it fitted back in your car.
Andrew.
