Perry, not Price.

Don't get your Katys confused. World of difference between those two!

Found this pic of previously mentioned Sweet's Brian Connolly. Not sure of the origins of this, if it's an advertisement or something just made up, my German isn't that great!

Jamie Oliver has a 2.8 I think, he used it on Jamie and Jimmy's Friday night feast or whatever it was called.

The reailty is unlikely to be what the TV magic makers want you to believe Martin. He probably drove it closer to a hundred years in total, than all over the country.

Hi,
I think that's extremely unlikely.

Thank you mate :) I did consider translating but I find that often, the translation is too literal, and that a German speaking person for example, would word that differently. Although I guess that the gist of it is the same. Still a strange thing to say though isn't it?!

Didn't Princess Ann (Anne?) have one too?

Hi,
I know that she famously owned several Reliant Scimitars, but I haven't heard about her owning a Capri before.
I just can't see her driving one, but stranger things have happened.

I am sure I read somewhere that John Barnes (Ex-England Midfielder) had a 2.8i during his career....

Another famous name cropped up recently, tennis star Nastase. Back in the day when sports stars were actually allowed to have personalities!

Mary Millington (for those who don't know the name - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Millington) had a Capri too, saw her in one in a documentary recently, and it is even parked up at her house in this pic from back in the day -

I'm pretty sure that Phil Thompson the Liverpool captain used to own one and also Jimmy Saville, probably best not to dwell for too long on that one !!
