Hi,
some photo will be helpful. Which radio do you have? ESRT32 PS?

There should be pin at the back, on which is 12V only when radio is on. Originaly it was white wire, which goes from this pin to automatic aerial.

So PIN for automatic aerial should be next to "+" PIN.

On picture there is Blaupunkt Coburg Stereo, but it is same radio as RST21P.

Hi tom, that would make sense as mine had the aeriel wire just stripped back so it was probably just pushed into that auto aeriel power socket, do you know what type of connector is needed for that end rather than just bare wires being pushed in

Hi,
I have there "flat type" connector, about 3mm wide (i think), male on radio, female on wire to aerial. Something like on pictures.

But I also find picture where some circular conector is instead of flat type. But I don't know what's that, just find picture...

All working yellow wire was ignition feed to radio, small terminal switch power to aerial. Thanks all
