Dash top

Post by Scoby »

Hi all hope you well.
Just a quick question, as anyone bought and fitted the Capri club replacement dash ?
Says you have attach to your old frame ( how difficult a job is it )
Thanks

I think I'd be prepared to have another go at fitting the CCI dashtop.
I was lucky though, as I already had a spare dashboard that wasn't in very good condition, so I was able to cannibalise it for the frame. People seem to want silly money these days for dashboards that are only fit for use as a donor.

Anyway, the dash does look good when finished, and it's a fit and forget solution. You won't ever have to worry about covering up the dashboard when parked in the sun.

Andrew.

I tried one of the leather dash covers at first but then moved onto a CCI dash shell. IMHO it looks far better and makes a permanent repair of it.
