They do it with modern stuff too , I mean whats the point in having a survival program like Naked and afraid and then pixel out the naked bits , or ridiculousness and pixel out the whole point of the video clip

Saw that on the news a couple of days ago As well as recently dressing up as bumle bees the Police are a laughing stock!
Would never have happened in the not too distant past! Only fiction, but imagine Jack Regan or Gene Hunt riding around like that
All that pride, blm and extinction rebellion do is make the haters hate more
Re: Who Remembers?
I`ll assume everyone knows the album sleeve this refers to.
Baby featured on Nirvana’s Nevermind album sues band for ‘sexual exploitation’

It`ll be the girl on the test card next. (for those who remember that?)
Also, I`m surprised no-one`s pointed out the obvious bias against the differently abled shown by the BBC: They fill the schedules with the able-bodied olympics - but where are the paralympics??? Channel 4 at night! Disgraceful! Institutionalised differentlyabledism.

I've not watched certain news channels/programmes for ages due to too much bias.

Re: Who Remembers?
He's been milking appearances all over different TV shows and interviews for years, and recreated the album cover for the 15,20, and 25 anniversaries and now he's saying it's caused him emotional and psychological trauma and wants 150k each from the 15 defendants - a quick 4.5m will solve those problems then.
I don't understand why he couldn't just stop telling people he is the Nirvana baby and then noone would ever know!!

Re: Who Remembers?
Anyone here used to be in a Fan Club? I've been in several, before we became obsessed with staring at screens then the only way to get info on your favourite band for example, tour dates and releases was to join a Fan Club, merchandise, badges, exclusive gifts, waiting for that magazine to arrive with the all important info, great stuff! Thing of the past now I expect with the internet.
I guess that many of us are still in a Fan Club of sorts, with being members of the Capri Club, with it's joining/renewal gifts, offers and magazines.

Re: Who Remembers?
My two least fave ( like really couldn't give one and would never buy an album ) would be Queen and The Who.
I was searching thru my CD's last night , looking for Counting crows , and the most CD's of any band are
Cold chisel
David Gray
Pink Floyd
Dire straits
The Tragically Hip
The Eagles (including solo albums by Don Henley , Joe Walsh).
Not in any particular order

They seem collectable now and nice if you have the room for one or more
