I've got a new game I play where I read the last page of comments and I try to guess the subject of the initial post.
In the case of this thread, I was way off!

The 8 ball gearknob looks great! My friend and I used to make these, we used to sell loads of them. I seem to remember that one purchaser specifically asked for the 8 spots to be on either side of the ball instead of on top, where it usually is. Looking back, I wonder if that buyer was John?

Jus thinkin , anyone could make their own 8 ball knob gear lever , all you'd need would be some tinfoil , black nugget and twink (tipex )....πŸ˜€
