Andy if you think put up another heads up when the new series actually starts please, although my Tivo box knows I like this show so will more than likely tape it for me automatically. :)
Will do Nick

Watching B&C repeats all it says is new series coming soon on Yesterday! I reckon it will be later this month.

Thanks for the heads up ;) definitely one of the best car shows for a while, refreshingly a distinct lack of BS

Looks like series 3 is starting on Thursday 22nd October at 8pm

FWIW, just saw an ad for a new show on Quest, Motor Pickers, starting Nov 5th, looks a bit like that one with `Eno` or whatever he was called and the really fit rally driver (whose name I forget) `Classic Wheels/ Modern...Steals.?` Got Helen Stanley out of GWG and looks like they try to sell cars to potential buyers. Ho hum.
Won`t be in same league as B&C, no way.
BTW, anyone ever thought about going to Matthewsons auctions? I know it`s way up North but it IS a beautiful area to drive through. Don`t you have relatives up there Nick?

Thanks for that Steve, I found this https://www.freecarmag.com/motor-picker ... n-to-quest

Sounds like a mix up of a few previous programmes, but will give it a go

Too far for me but I would like a look around there.

B&C is by far the best car related show that's been on for some time

Steve my parents are more over Huddersfield way, West Yorkshire but Mathewsons is deffo do-able mate being about 90mins drive from my parents. Does look a cracking place to drive around in any classic mate and yep would love to see their place and the cars they have in.... just how to 'stumble' across Mathewsons while out sightseeing with the missus

This series has not disappointed. Terrific stuff !
I would love to go to have a look around the museum and also see one of the auctions. It looks like a beautiful part of the country up there.

Andrew.

Saw this advertised!
World’s Greatest Cars, November 12th on Quest.

6 hour long episodes. A celebratory series that brings together well-known car experts to showcase the best cars ever made.

Featuring Mike Brewer, Jimmy De Ville, Ant Anstead, Helen Stanley, Paul Cowland and Drew Pritchard, Marc Priestley, Karun Chandhok, Vicki Butler-Henderson and Rory Reid, each episode will be themed and will feature a different type of car.

From supercars to 4×4’s and rally cars, the experts will passionately champion their own favourites then vote on their favourite cars of all time.

I must agree with you there andy as I did watch the show , the one thing that makes it look fake is they phone the guy in the car when he is driving around and he answers the phone to quick as it takes me months to know what bloody button to press on a new car
And bonding your phone to the car is a real nightmare

Just saw this On The Road, starts tonight at 8.00 (Nov 12th ) on ITV4 https://www.motoringresearch.com/car-ne ... cars-itv4/

Typically it clashes with Bangers & Cash on Yesterday channel!

Same: TBH, I have no interest which is better the fastest ever Ferrari or the fastest ever Aston... Even the camerawork was reminiscent of Top Gear.
B&C is far more interesting.
