Hi mate. Am guessing you're asking what wheels fit without any modifications. I got 7x15 4 spokes with 195 50 15 tyres and they fit fine... and thats with lowered ride height - 2" I wanna fit 205 tyres and been told these will be ok in my setup....

Here's the spec on these from jbw.

The Max size will depend on the offset really more than anything else - I have 7.5 inch wide on the laser with 205 tyres and never had an issue.

There's a website which I think is willtheyfit.com or something like that and you can put in the measurements of what you have currently and then what you want to fit and it will tell you the difference in height, width and depth so you know how much space you have to play with.

If you have the standard laser 4spokes they are only 6inches wide so you can definitely go bigger, up to 7 inches wide easily, up to 15inches diameter easily (same size as Nick has on his) any bigger than that will depend on the offset really... seen 16/17s on standard arches but not sure if the inner arches had to be modified to suit or not, don't see many with wheels that big!

I have spoken with this company, very helpful and good prices too https://www.randr-alloys.co.uk/

Not too many 15x7 options for the Capri but these are popular;

Jason ( "Jasonmarie" .) from on here has fitted these wooden beauties to his Capri but he says they are very noisy. He has to treat them with a wood preserve once a year so factor this cost in..... :lol: :lol: :sorry:

easy enough to change - wheels off, hub off, gently prise (with a large hammer) the old studs out, then gently (again, twat with a hammer) the new ones in the back of the hub.

Not sure where to purchase them from mind as never changed them

The studs are splined and pull in tight to the hubs. You can of course 'twat them with a hammer' but another method which also works is to use a wheel nut to pull them on.
If your wheel nuts have enclosed ends they won't go tight enough, but you can pack out the stud with washers, or a socket, or use an old standard wheel nut.

I assume as you've got as far as fitting them that the nuts are the correct shape to snugly fit the holes in the wheel? Some are chamfered and others are flat, and they should have a captive washer that is free to rotate, so the nut doesn't cut into the alloy.

There on just the tyre place think longer studs would be better to secure them!

I think I heard somewhere once that it's recommended to have 7turns on the nut or something? If that's correct and you have that many turns I'd leave it as is?
