Whitstable

Post by Peter-S »

It's been mentioned two or three times and there seems to be half a dozen or so who fancy a meet up at Whitstable so does anyone want to suggest a date so we can put something in the diary.
Presumably we are looking at a weekend. For the record I can't do 15th and 16th August but I'm otherwise interested :)

Hi all,

So I managed a bike trip down the coast of France as soon as we opened up, but our next one for the Alps has failed, so I’m free the weekend of the 22nd & 23rd August, if this still has any interest?

Anyone from The north of London could meet at South Mimms as usual, Peter you could arrange a staging point for people from the Southern side, then all meet up somewhere else for the drive down to Whitstable? Any takers??? Fingers crossed.... Cheers all,

John...

Not happening Nick. No one will commit. I'm away until the weekend and whilst I'm free Sunday I needed to know before I came away so a non-starter now for me.

I've found locally, people are happy to attend a meet if I arrange it, but no one will make a suggestion themselves :?

Hopefully next year will be more normal and re ignite enthusiasum.
