Tickover Part........ Lost count now.!!!!!
On Tues I'm popping B112 into the safe hands of Gus and Clive to do a couple of little jobs around the engine and while they have it am getting a few new, treats fitted too.
I recently bought a Coolex Alloy Radiator etch primed and painted Black. Was going to fit a polished alloy finish but was a, bit over the top for my OCD so got another one from them in black which will sit better in mine. They really are great quality.
Also getting a new Sportex Exhaust system fitted to my existing sportex manifold, with the 3" tailpipe but I am not as brave as Danny ( 3 Capris) to get a straight thru so opted for the bomb silencer
Big thanks to Tom for taking delivery of this for me so as to avoid some difficult questions from Mrs Fordoholic
And of course I got that custom rocker cover too so was waiting till now to get that fitted as they will have off my rocker cover anyway
So as said a few little treats all of which should look and 'sound' good

I've just had a coolex fitted to the GL, they are great bits of kit and never had an issue with the one in the laser either
Shame you haven't gone whole hog with the exhaust mind Mine sounds even better now the whole thing is stainless - still without any silencers

Jeff I won't have long to wait fella as I'll be in the Dartford Tunnel in 5mins from picking B112 up from Tickover. I'll prob be cursing that boy Racer with the loud exhaust I can hear
Mind you Chris Doyle has had a 3* and said the bomb silencer gives it a nice deep tone rather than all out noise.!!!

I know I could'nt get away with that!
Good luck to you.
Once it's done, fancy a ride down to Whitstable with a couple of others and we'll have a meet up? I'm having a week down there next week but will be down there weekends in the capri as Nikki and Tommy will be down there for the 6 weeks school holidays.
Looking in Jason and Tom's direction here.
