Re: Cheap Fuel
I'm surprised that it's $1.80 in NZ. At the current £/NZ$ rate of 2.04 that's about 90p so only a little less than here. When I visited New Zealand 20 years ago it was substantially cheaper than the UK.

Re: Cheap Fuel
The fuel companies here are ripping us blind . When there is rumour of rising wholesale oil prices fuel goes up 5¢ a litre immediatley but when the price drops it takes weeks before we see it at the pump and we get all this bullshit about existing stocks being at the old price so the drop in price is delayed ,yet it can go up in the blink of an eye. And our government is taxing the #uck out of it , so at least 1/2 the $ goes to feed greedy hypocritical politicians all their salaries , bonuses and their pension ( about 3 time what the people get ).......they sleep like babies too the bastards. Argh

Re: Cheap Fuel
You think that`s cheap - how about 0.004 USD (0.4 cents) / gallon or 2.5 gallons for a cent

Of course there IS the hyper-inflation to deal with

Re: Cheap Fuel
How do you get it back out of the garden?
Better off keeping it in containers

Re: Cheap Fuel
It's been 99.7p at a couple of places for a while. I've bunged a few tanks of this into the daily. This, together with lockdown - and being sick for a week - has lead to me spending much less than normal on travel!
