..Melanie and Martina (the twins) are all ready to go on, Ive just got back into writing, the weathers lovely and I woke up last week after sleeping funny with the worst trapped nerve Ive ever had! Shooting pain down the arm and up the neck, cant do anything apart from lie down taking an assortment of pain killers and trying to keep the affected areas moving if only just a wee bit.
Seen all the usual experts but its just so typical this isnt it.... if itd happened three wweks ago or more I wouldnt have minded. Its like it was waiting for me to sort my life out before it happened!
Typical isnt it...

Not your left arm and neck is it? If so, I`d get to A&E. Just in case.

Ah, that`s Ok, as long as it`s been checked out, `cos you don`t necessarily get chest pain. Hope it passes!
