I showed it to my Dad and he said looks a lot like driving with Mum when she spots an empty park . :D

Im tryin to figure out if he got back into the throttle after it was back on its wheels ,or did he have a stuck throttle and it started running again when right side up ( like with a 4 barrel carb ) and then managed to kill the motor . I can also see him thinking he's gunna die , then whoop , its back upright so he thinks fuck it ! why not ? and gives her another kick in the guts . :D
