Looking for history on my Capri B193 OVT

Unfortunately I didn’t get much history with my Capri, I bought her in May this year 2019. B193 OVT
Capri 2.8i special lacquer red, I think in 2013 she had a lot of work done on body , welding etc so someone kindly saved her.if anyone can help with history and or paperwork It would be great!

Hi mate, you may already know this so forgive me if it's a sucking eggs exercise. I don't know your car but at one time you could complete a DVLA form V888 and request previous keeper details of your car. Half the time they still live at the same address. You could contact them, it is surprising what turns up. I have had various things from old photos, keys and happy memories and documents etc. Worth a try.

It's annoying when previous owners don't keep or lose receipts but I suppose we are all different.

My car had little history, but I now keep receipts/invoices for anything I buy and any work done.

Just googled your cars reg and 4 pictures came up.
