radio knobs

Post by chewieisawookie »

Hi Im looking into getting a set of radio knobs (as in the attached image) 3d printed, would anyone be able to send me some photos of the knobs removed from the radio so I can see what they look like in profile and from the back? Any measurements would also be great?

Thanks!

ps. no schoolboy humour please!!! :D :D

Where abouts are you as I guess every Capri driver would love a set of new Knobs as one of us could drop a knob of for you to use , don’t think I would trust the post as they are as rare as my mother in law being happy

Please note I never mention the 2.8i knobs are smaller then us Pinto boys

I need a different type of knob (it's a bit funny, the doc says it's normal though) for my GL radio if you could do that one as well...??

Also, I think you have underestimated your audience, I don't think we can avoid making knob jokes

Hi,
Are you intending to get a batch made up to resell?
The original items fetch silly money when they come up for sell.

What a misleading title, I thought this was a thread about Jono Coleman!

That's too cultured for my tastes as I'm a bit of a philistine.

It keeps me calm.... I never notice all the cunts not bothering to signal, or all the fuckers failing to maintain a constant speed, or the fact hardly anyone of any age, race or creed can use the motorway lane system correctly. Or the lack of any coppers to enforce any of the above rules. The cunts, wankers, fucking arseholian twats.... I never notice them now.

Sounds like Classic FM or Radio 3 is the place to be!

My radio has only two stations programmed - R2 and R4!

R4 for the news and serious documentaries and the shipping forecast (don't ask), R2 the rest of the time (sounds of the 80s being a perfect accompaniment to a drive in a Capri).

70s Glam Rock belting out of a Capri on a summer's day, you can see people wondering what era they have landed in as you drive past them :)
