I will have to go through the files and speak to the records department.. one must be careful when digging around though, since all of your life experiences has made you You, changing one thing that makes you feel shit... will make you not feel shit about it anymore, so the chances of repeating said action or lack of action is a sure thing.

So feel good about feeling bad, because the alternative is to repeat mistakes and not learn from them!
