Just to make it look neater, have you considered using black number plate screw cover caps?

I have and went to halfords and looked at them .theyl stand iut more to be honest.

Got bored today so went to tescos and the petrol station ont way back.gotta be careful when oncoming traffics lurking. :roll: https://youtu.be/H5W_8QpgvcI

Then sunbathed for a bit .then got bored a bit more .then thought balls to it il go rev the car up.im going off my rocker at home !

Essex sounds great with Janspeeds, that probably used all your petrol you bought today :lol:

I polished my tailpipe exits with autoglym resin polish last weekend, made them look new again :cheers:

Oh she likes a drink.i usually shove a tenner in .go for a blast .shove her away.week later go back shove a tenner in .and so on so on haha

Great video and sounds great but your gear stick in long ? Was that normal on 3.0 ?

Gearstick looks correct, but looks like some other 3.0S had a shorter stick :headscratch:

Ive always thought gear stick and the shift is long but just thought it was standaerd.mmmm. not sure

I new the gear knobs were different sizes on the range but I will say that’s a long one you have :lol:

Haha .ive been bored recently so i thought id spruce the door handles up,then thought sod it il do the mirrors .Image Image been into the garage tonight to put a few coats of satin black on the other handle and mirror.2 mins later bumpers off .i thought balls to it there was only a couple of light marks on it but its that quick to whip it off Image i need to get back to work :roll:

Thanks jason.im just glad ive got the car to play with .and im sorting the jobs i keep leaving for a rainy day.its going to take me all week to sort this lot out then the front bumpers coming off,and hopefully the powder coaters might be open as since i restored the car ive wanted the rocker covers done as the paint keeps bubbling.oh and the last job is take her to the painters to have a few storage marks done two on the boot one on a door .one on the wing but thats months off. :roll:

Sounds like she will be ready for the road soon , yes powder coat rocker that’s on my list I have been trying to find a spare rocker cover that fits the air filter so I can get that powder coated then pass mine on to Nige on here as we are both looking .
