Thanks Andrew. Was real happy to spot this mate but have a slight confession. Being a Fordoholic with OCD I could not do nothing so got out my emergency suitcase full of Halford Aerosols and gave it a quick "clean up". Did not hang about but hope the owner appreciated my work...

To be fair, I've seen much worse paint touch up jobs!
It's lucky for the owner you had some white paint with you, as I thought your emergency suitcase only contained Halfords Flexible Vinyl Paint aerosols....

Had a white MKIII estate many years ago. Y reg is was. About that sort of condition too. I used it for humping building materials when we built an extension. Only car I've ever taken to the scrappy
