Have you tried the usual places?

Failing that there are a couple on :ebay: for bith items you're after, though the prices seem to vary a fair bit...

Cheers

Good shout! Found an oil filler cap (NOS as well!) but there appears to be two lengths of dipstick... anyone know which is which? I can’t see why they would vary between the pintos...

I believe that the 2.0 is a slightly taller engine so presumably you need the shorter dipstick for your 1600

My dipstick tube has always been loose, is that normal?

I believe they can be pulled out so I guess loose would be possible but probably not `normal` as such? Thinks: if it can be moved up/down how do you know correct position so the stick dips correctly, is there some kind of stop/step?

(Unless I just mistook a "Carry-on" moment  )

I've never moved it up and down as such (insert Sid James laugh here), but I can easily rotate it both ways. I have read the same on here from other members too, but always thought it never seemed quite normal.
