Look forward to catching up with some of the old capri heads, I will make sure the XR4 is polished enough to be seen alongside the caps

Very nice car :)

For the price, these cars are possibly the best value older Ford available at the moment.

I saw that car for sale at Simply Ford. Its a great looking car in the flesh and I was surprised how cheap it was. That's a good buy you've got there Mark I was tempted to buy it myself, but decided one classic Ford is enough in my life. Mind you I have been thinking about a Mondeo ST220 just as a winter run about.

Great looking Sierra, I keep meaning to check my shifts, I’ll look tomorrow, hopefully be able to come along & see it for myself.
Mondeo ST sounds a nice idea too, good value at moment.

I think we should aim for getting to Haynes at 07:30 as that has worked out perfectly on our past visits. I hope we're going to meet up again at Podimore beforehand. Over to our great organiser, Andy... :)

OK, may have to just catch up with you at the venue then for the 9:00 start as it is a 2 hour drive for me so 7:15 at Podimore wold mean a 5:00 am start and just had one of those today for Silverstone classic day

The forecast for Sunday is looking just a teensy bit better at the moment. Fingers crossed it continues to improve.
