Ok folks. In my Sierra I have a ford sound 2000 radio cassette player and I can’t get it working.
It has 3 static dash lines and whatever I press nothing works!

Hi Steve,
Perhaps you need to enter a code?

Re: Radio not working
Tried but I can’t. Read elsewhere that lines need to be flashing? Mine are not.
Re: Radio not working
Some had 3 or 4 pin codes and some didn't.

Re: Radio not working
I thought they had 4 digit codes as I looked on you tube at this ? And they are . Might be faulty Steve I think it will be easier to get a e bay one with the code .
They do lock up if the wrong code is in and you have to wait for the thing to reset how long I can’t remember .

Re: Radio not working
Similar radio with three dashes. Perhaps just keep waiting and trying?

Re: Radio not working
I think the dashes will start to flash if you leave it on for a while but of course you will still need the code

Re: Radio not working
Leave unit switched on and powered up so you can see the dashes for at least 30 minutes, they should then start to flash at which point it will take the code. Will send you a picture from the manual once i work out how ro upload images.
