Re: Different cover
Those covers look terribly difficult to fit properly. If they get creases in or aren't aligned properly they will look horrid.Bobpool wrote:Has anyone ever purchased one of these items fitted it ? My dash is cracked so looking for alternatives.

A few of us on this forum have bought these temporary dash mats that will cover up any cracks:

Re: Different cover
I got a leather covered from eBay and got it fitted and I think it looks better than one of these club covers

Re: Different cover
I have one of the leather ones. They are a bit of a sod to fit but dont look bad when done. They delete the speaker grille though which some people feel could restrict ventilation for the sterero

Re: Different cover
I have thought about these but I figured they would be a job for an auto upholstery guy to do,and when I asked him it turned out to be cheaper to get him to make the thing as well, then I got a mint dash on eBay so never bothered. I guess getting the old cracked dash smoothed off so said cracks didn't show up under the new cover is the main trick

Re: Different cover
There's a great video on Youtube on how to take the dash out and doesn't look too bad.
