Has anyone ever purchased one of these items fitted it ? My dash is cracked so looking for alternatives.

Those covers look terribly difficult to fit properly. If they get creases in or aren't aligned properly they will look horrid.
A few of us on this forum have bought these temporary dash mats that will cover up any cracks:

A 1987 2.8i thay are both red
I had my first capri when I was 17" it was a 3000GTXLR
I have had a lot of fast fords vans all ways put bigger engine in
I also have had motor bikes I have a 1200 Suzuki bandit

I got a leather covered from eBay and got it fitted and I think it looks better than one of these club covers

I have one of the leather ones. They are a bit of a sod to fit but dont look bad when done. They delete the speaker grille though which some people feel could restrict ventilation for the sterero

I have thought about these but I figured they would be a job for an auto upholstery guy to do,and when I asked him it turned out to be cheaper to get him to make the thing as well,then I got a mint dash on eBay so never bothered. I guess getting the old cracked dash smoothed off so said cracks didn't show up under the new cover is the main trick

There's a great video on Youtube on how to take the dash out and doesn't look too bad.

The Wife is into her crafts so she should be able to manage a simple bit of leather work !! :lol:
