Out for a spin....ish !!!
So, after working long hours through January I took the day off today.
As I haven't got the 5-6 inches that Paul has I thought I should get the Capri out.
So I got it from here

which made it a bit warmer for giving the old girl the annual once over before booking her in for an MOT which is looming

First that is funny as reading Paul’s post about how much snow he has but anybody not reading that would think “all matron “
Paul has 5-6 inches
Love the covers on your fog lights peter and best of luck with the MOT was it just a wiper stick last year which you fixed so all should be good with your stunning Capris ....

Hi Peter,
I see you've got the heater on in the garage...I don't blame you!
Good luck with the MOT, I'm sure your car will pass on the first attempt as it's so well maintained.
That's some luxury garage you've got there, it's even got it's own conservatory!
Andrew.

Brrr - you're keen, wrong time of year for me for an MOT. Take it in for a test in late springtime (if they'll let you??) then you can fettle it in warm weather. That loo will come in useful eh. Being a time-served plumbob, mine also has suitable facilities. The cars haven't moved for a good while but I did put some inner-tube round the hooks on the cover bungees this morning to prevent chafing.

Re: Out for a spin....ish !!!
Been February since I had the car Nige. Sort of used to it now. It's a bit of a pain when, like last weekend, I found a weeping brake cylinder then, despite my best efforts, cracked a brake pipe trying to get the cylinder out But at least I had the spares I needed and, as Andrew pointed out, a heater. All paid off today with a passnigecapri wrote:Brrr - you're keen, wrong time of year for me for an MOT. Hi Peter,
Congrats on the MOT result. Due to your diligence with regards to repairs and maintenance, a pass was never in doubt.
