Thanks for the replies guys. The magazine is in the shops now (seen in Tesco for example), or follow Nick's link, which I think is free postage?

Cheers Paul, I’ll pic it up.pbar wrote:The magazine is in the shops now
Changed my phone back in the summer & during the wait for the new one, I missed a few emails..
One of which was from a certain Ross Alkureishi, it read:
Sam had seen the car & I didn’t think anything of it, I’m under no illusion, mine isn’t a feature worthy car, but it would have looked ok in a group for a cover shot. By the time I’d seen it I missed the boat. Bloody Vodafone

Rob you seem to be making "light' of it mate but you must have been gutted fella !! What a shame as would have been great to have been involved in this photshoot. Your Capri would have graced the front cover just as much as the others do. Shame you did not think to check your emails from your laotop mate or did Vodaphone mess with this too ? Sorry to hear this Rob.Caprifan Rob wrote: By the time I’d seen it I missed the boat. Bloody Vodafone
I had a similar thing happen. I missed an email from Halfords Main Office who wanted to do a Christmas Special ITV Advert for their Flexible Vinyl Paint and knew I had experience of using it on B112. They must have got my details via my 'regular activity' buying HFVP. They were going to use B112 in the advert and wanted me to star alongside Julia Roberts in a spoof of "Speed". Not only would i have been on national tv but I would have got to have fallen on top of Julia Roberts at the end for the big kissing scene. Bleedin EE !!!! Am well gutted !
And yes Peter...before you say it yep this spoof 'Speed' advert was made for me as I never drive over 50mph !!

That was unlucky Rob! That sounds amazing, I dare say you were kicking yourself, who would turn down a free lunch……..Caprifan Rob wrote:Sam had seen the car & I didn’t think anything of it, I’m under no illusion, mine isn’t a feature worthy car, but it would have looked ok in a group for a cover shot.
Although I disagree with you about your car not being worthy of a feature. If yours isn't who's car is?
Andrew.
