Here is a brochure from back in the day. If you scroll along and choose the full screen (to zoom in) option, you can see the Laser range and alternatives. Press escape to zoom out again.

No choice from the factory. It was either Truro II fabric or nothing!

It's interesting that they list a 'package tray'. Which I assume, we know as a parcel shelf!

I notice the Lombard Rally Capri is sponsored by a concrete company........was that because his spare wheel well was full of it?

The same driver, Jeremy Easson, competed on the '86 RAC, again in a Capri. Although curiously in an older 3.0.
It sounds as though they had a hectic rally, but at least they finished this time!
